Will my dog use it?
The pad has a scent woven into the fabric that draws your dog
to it. You can't smell it, but your dog can.
Place it where they usually have accidents and give them a few
days. Some dogs walk straight to it. Others have weaker noses
and take up to a week to find it. That's completely normal.

minutes and we'll help, or refund you in full.
How do I wash it?
Toss it in the washing machine on cold with your normal
detergent. That's it. Nothing transfers to the drum or your
next load.
You can also rinse it with a garden hose and hang dry if you
prefer. Either way, it comes out fresh and ready to use again.
Does it smell?
No. That sour smell you get with disposables is bacteria
sitting in a wet gel out in the open.
Here the liquid pulls down into the core in seconds, the
surface reads dry, and the antimicrobial layer kills the
bacteria between washes.
If you ever catch a smell, it's the pad telling you it's wash
day. A cold cycle fixes it.
What about poop?
A lot of our customers find their dog poops on it too, which
